Margaret E Lyttle Foundation

In recognition of Margaret’s unwavering and life long commitment to Preshil, the Margaret E. Lyttle Foundation was established in 2008 to ensure the availability of sufficient funds to provide for her ongoing 24 hour care.

As an endorsed charitable fund, the Margaret E. Lyttle Foundation may now accept gifts on Margaret’s behalf from friends and former colleagues.

In the sad event of Margaret’s death, monies raised through the Foundation will be used to establish a permanent legacy of the work of both Margaret J.R (Greta) Lyttle and Margaret E. Lyttle.

This legacy will be developed via the funding of postgraduate research into the ideas and writings of the two women with the aim of gaining perspective into the thinking that stimulated their views and collating the writings into a form that will enable their discussion and analysis within contemporary educational theory and practice.
