Enrolment Procedure
A note from our Registrar Cressida Batterham-Wilson
Before completing an application for enrolment, we would encourage you to attend one of our Monthly Tours or Open Days. You can download the Enrolment Application form here.
Once an application has been received, and you have visited the school, we will be in touch with you to organise a time for you and your child to meet with me and with Marilyn Smith, the Principal. This will be an informal meeting where we will discuss in general terms the philosophy of the school. This will also be an opportunity for you and your child to raise any questions you might have.
At this time we may send you a letter of offer. It may also be considered that a further interview should take place with the Head of Campus either Alistair Rayner (Junior) or Andrew Kohane (Senior).
Should you accept an offer to enrol, we will extend an invitation to your child to undertake a program of orientation prior to beginning here at Preshil.

Bond
A Bond of $1,000 is payable on entering the Nursery School. This Bond will be credited against the first year’s fees for the 5s. In the event of a child not continuing into the 5s, the bond will not be refunded, except under exceptional circumstances.

Senior School Composite Fee
A Composite Fee is charged to cover class consumables, photocopying and general art materials.

Extra charges will be billed for textbooks and camps. An extra levy on some subjects: Art (VCE only), Photography and Drama. The teaching staff will advise these charges during this year. GST may apply to some charges.

Enrolment Fee
The enrolment fee is payable within 14 days of accepting a place at Preshil. This enrolment fee is non-refundable.
Private Music Tuition Fees
Music Tuition Fees are charged by Tutors and will be billed to your account by the school.

Discount for Annual Payment of Fees in advance
Discount of 5% will apply to Tuition Fees if the full year’s fees are paid before 31st December 2012. Discount of 2.5% will apply to Tuition Fees if the full year’s fees are paid before 26th February 2013. Please contact the Finance Manager to arrange an Annual Invoice.
