MCC SPORTS CLUB
Looking for a venue for your next event? The Kew Heights Sports Club, next door to the Arlington campus in Kew, is a Lawn Bowls and Tennis Club with two bowling greens and six tennis courts available for hire. Its large, fully-licensed Clubhouse is a great place to relax after a game and a great venue to hire for fundraisers and functions.

THE ROBOTS ARE COMING – 3D PRINTING
3D printing is liberating people’s creative imaginations and is fuelling innovation around the world. They want to show you the many ways that digital fabrication is likely to impact our lives in the future and change the way we do nearly everything. Go along and learn about the new 3D printing technologies that are changing the world! In these workshops you will see the robots (3D printers) take an idea and turn it into an actual object. They will show you how to access printable 3D objects online and learn about the various types of 3D printing technologies available. The introductory workshops require no prior experience with 3D printing or advanced computer skills, and is a great way to understand how 3D printing will change the way we make things. CREATIVE DANCING – Dalmaine Dance Studio Canterbury
A joyful experience of movement to music including mime, storytelling and folk dancing. This free form of dance allows imagination and confidence to develop, without the constrictions of competition or technical standards. This is a dance program emphasising self expression, creativity and dramatic interpretation through dance – a lovely experience.

Clay Club for kids is offered after school and during holidays at Slow Clay Centre, a specialist ceramics school located in Collingwood. Clay Club offers tuition for children 8 years and over on the potter’s wheel and sculptural techniques in an atmosphere of fun and respect for individual ideas.
The director of Slow Clay Centre, Jane Sawyer, is a Preshil alumnus, experienced art teacher and ceramic artist and Clay Club teacher Louise Morrison is another Preshil alumnus. Slow Clay Centre is an easy drive from Preshil via the Eastern Freeway and we offer a 10% discount for Preshil families.
