Margie Cross Councillor

Experience
Taught in various Victorian country schools for sixteen years as an art teacher and classroom teacher. Joined the staff at Preshil in 1981 and taught with Margaret Lyttle and a team in the 10/11s for many years. Until retirement in 2005, worked in all the Primary groups except the 5s. 2000 Trained as a Reading Recovery Teacher through Catholic Education and for five years held the position of Literacy Support at Preshil. Have precious council experience through acting as a teachers’ representative in the 1990s.

Preshil parent 2 children across campuses. CEO and Board director. Decade-long experience in designing and delivery of innovation systems across sectors and industries. Experience in devising strategies for commercial and NFP entities.
